7x 120-3377 Washer, Countersunk, FH, M10

4x 110-3603 Screw, M5x0.8, 10mm, FHM

2x 110-3504 Screw, M10x1.5, 40mm, SHCS

2x 731-0367 Washer, plain, M10

1x 740-8145 Screw, M8X1.25, BB Axle

1x 740-8267-001 Hex Screw Driver

1x 290-0135 5mm Hex Wrench

Two Person Installation is Required

4. INstall Cover

Install cover plate 720-5102 on rear of Tread Plate

using bolts 110-3603 (Screw, M5x0.8, 10mm, FHM)

and tighten. Use 2 more bolts 110-3603 underneath

strap mount. Then tighten all started bolts on Tread

Plate

1. plaCe Body oN eNd

Remove unit from packaging and place upright on

even surface.

Two people are needed to stand the body on

end safely. Use caution until base is installed.

5. INstall rIght haNdle

Place right handle 720-5192-XX into crank arm.

Use allen wrench to tighten bolts 740-8145 (Screw,

M8X1.25, BB Axle). First tighten handle side bolt,

then hold wrench and use second allen wrench to

tighten axle side bolt. Tighten to 35 ft lbs.

2. slIde Base oNto Body

Slide base onto bracket. Lift the lip of the Tread Plate

720-5137 as shown, high enough to clear the base

but not so high it wraps over the seat mount

6. INstall seat

Remove seat from packaging and mount to the

machine, or if not in use, on the user-left side of the

equipment.

3. start tread plate Bolts

Use screws and washers to secure unit to Tread

Plate. 7 bolts (110-3663 Screw, M10x1.5, 55mm,

FHM) with washer 120-3377 are used on top of

plate. 2 bolts (110-3504 Screw, M10x1.5, 40mm,

SHCS) with washer 731-0367 are used on side of

plate. Secure but do not fully tighten all bolts.
