assembly. If missing please call 1-800-503-1221.

4x 110-3687 BHC Screw, M8X1.25, 45mm

8x 120-3390 Washer, M8, 8.5x19x1.2mm

4x 110-3672 Nut, M8 X 1.25

1x 740-8267-002 Multi-Wrench

1x 740-8267-001 Hex Screw Driver

1x 290-0135 5mm Hex Wrench

1. INstall rear stabIlIzer

Place bike on stabilizers 003-7555 and 740-8744 with transport wheels

on front. Attach stabilizers using screws 110-3681 (Screw, M8X1.25,

45mm) with washer 120-3390 above and below stabilizer, tighten into

nut 110-3672.

While tightening nuts, if you upend the bike, be sure to stabilize it

if standing on edge

2. INstall seat post

Loosen pop pin 740-9029 then slide seat post 740-8995 into frame.

Tighten pop pin at desired height.

3. INstall haNdlebar

Loosen pop pin 740-9029 then slide handlebar 740-8746 into frame.

Tighten pop pin at desired height.

4. INstall pedals

Use multi-wrench in hardware card or appropriate wrench to screw in

pedals (003-7599 R/003-7605 L), tighten till secure.

5. INstallatIoN Is Complete
