• 7/16” Socket
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver
• Ratchet Wrench

1. Install the mast assembly (721-1344-XX) into the
frame then secure it using a 5mm allen key and
four (4) pieces each of the M8 x 16mm button
head cap screw (740-4588) and M8  at washer
(740-7825).
2. Install the left side upper arm weldment (721-
1332) onto the lower swing arm then secure
using a 7/16” socket and four (4) pieces each of
the 1/4” x 3/4” hex head screw (110-3727), 1/4”
toothed lock washer (120-3409), and 1/4” at
washer (120-0410).
3. Repeat Step 2 for the right side upper arm
weldment (721-1331).
4. Install the front (721-1305-XX) and rear (721-
1397-XX) swing arm covers onto the left side
swing arm weldment and securing using a #2
phillips screwdriver and seven (7) pieces of the
10-32 x 3/4” pan head machine screw (110-3573).
5. Repeat Step 4 for the right side.
NOTE: The covers are not left-right speci c, only
front-rear speci c.

6. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the cup
holder top (721-1398-XX) to the frame using two
(2) pieces of the 10-32 x 3/4” pan head machine
screw.
7. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the cup
holder bottom (721-1309-XX) to the frame using
ve (5) pieces of the 10-32 x 3/4” pan head
machine screw.
8. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver and attach the back
shroud of the console to the console mount
using eight (8) pieces each of the #8-18 x 3/4”
screw (110-3402) and M4 x 12mm  at washer
(120-3307).
9. Refer to the documentation contained inside the
console box in order to connect the console to
the unit.
NOTE: Depending on which console was purchased,
the install instructions could be di erent.

10. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to attach the
console front to the back shroud (701-0317-XX)
using six (6) pieces of the #8-18 x 3/4” screw.
11. Install the console grommet into place, ensuring
a tight seal between the console and the mast.
