• 19mm Open-Ended Wrench

1. Route the wires through the mast beauty ring

(740-9382-XX), then up and out of the top of the

mast.

2. Once the wires are routed, insert the mast (740-

9370) into the base frame.

3. Use a 6mm allen key to  nish securing the mast

to the base frame using four (4) pieces each of

the M8 x 20mm socket head cap screw (730-

0889) and M8 counter-bore washer (718-5693).

4. Use a 4mm allen key to secure the M8 x 40mm

set screw (740-4593) into the mast.

5. Use a 15mm socket to secure the left side han-

dlebar (740-9363-XX) to the mast using one (1)

piece each of the M10 x 25mm hex head screw

(110-4082), M10  at washer (740-7846), and

handlebar end cap (740-9376-XX).

6. Use a 19mm socket and a 19mm open-ended

wrench to secure the handlebar to the leg using

one (1) piece each of the M12 x 45mm hex head

screw (110-4138) and the M12 nyloc nut (110-

3929), and two (2) pieces of the M12  at washer

(120-3411).

7. Repeat Steps 5 + 6 for the right side handlebar

(740-9358-XX).

8. Use a 5mm allen key to secure the display weld-

ment (740-9350) to the mast using four (4) pieces

each of the M8 x 15mm button head screw (110-

4023) and M8  at washers (731-0355).

9. Set the lower rear display panel (701-0345-XX)

into place on the mast, then install the back

console shroud (701-0344-XX).

10. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to attach the back

shroud of the console to the console mount

using eight (8) of the #8-18 x 3/4” screws (110-

3402).

11. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to secure the rear

display panel to the back shroud using four (4) of

the #8-18 x 3/8” pan head screws (731-0584).

12. See console install sheet (620-8657) in order to

connect the console to the base.

13. Use a #2 phillips screwdriver to attach the con-

sole front (701-0324-XX) to the back shroud us-

ing six (6) of the #8-18 x 3/4” screws (110-3402).
