PacLights RKTN-22D30 is a Bluetooth-enabled LED troffer retrofit designed for commercial lighting applications. It features a PIR sensor for occupancy detection and daylight harvesting, providing energy savings by automatically adjusting light output based on occupancy and ambient light levels. The RKTN-22D30 is easy to install with its innovative mounting system and can be used with T-grids or existing housings.

The RKTN Series are Bluetooth Network Control enabled. Remove the

Sensor Cover (Fig. 1). Install the PIR Sensor to the RKTN ﬁ xture by

attaching the Connector to the PIR Sensor and press into place on the

RKTN ﬁ xture (Fig. 2).

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING FIXTURE. RETAIN THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

PacLights ﬁ xtures must be wired in accordance with the National Electrical Code and all applicable local codes. Proper grounding is required for safety.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR

WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED.

WARNINGS:

• Make certain power is OFF before installing or maintaining ﬁ xture. No user serviceable parts inside.

• To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sharp objects.

CAUTION:

• For proper weatherproof function all gaskets must be seated properly and all screws inserted and tightened ﬁ rmly. Apply weatherproof silicone

sealant around the edge of the Back Box and/or Junction Box. This is especially important with an uneven wall surface. Silicone all plugs and

unused conduit entries.

Connect the ACL and the ACN from the RKTN Fixture to the conduit with the AC power Supply Cable. Follow the Wiring Diagram provided.

A RKTN ﬁ xture can be de-commissioned from any Network Zone manually

by ‘long pressing’ for 5 seconds the ‘Reset’ Button that is located on the

Bluetooth Driver on top of the RKTN ﬁ xture Panel (Fig. 3). The ‘Reset’

Button is located at the end of the Bluetooth Driver between the Wire

Connectors (Fig. 4).

Prior to installation, shut o the power to the existing ﬁ xture.

Remove components from the hosting ﬁ xture that includes the host

ﬁ xture lamp(s), ballast cover, ballast, brackets, lamp holders and

wiring. Leave supply and grounding leads

(Fig. 5).

Lift and install the LED panel End Brackets to each end of the

existing Housing (Fig. 6). Fasten the End Brackets with Screws to the

Housing (Fig. 7).

If a gap between the ﬁ xture and T-Grid is too large, then the Side

Bracket can be installed (Fig. 8). Insert each Tab End into each of the

Slots of the End Brackets (Fig. 9).

Rotate the RKTN ﬁ xture on its Hinge up towards the End Brackets

and T-Grid (Fig. 13).

Rotate both Locking Latches upwards into the slots of the End

Brackets (Fig. 14 & 15).

Align the RKTN ﬁ xture Hinges into the Keyholes/Slots of the End

Brackets (Fig 10). Insert and slide into place along the Keyhole/Slot

(Fig 11).

Hook the Safety Cables into the existing Housing. Attach the Power

Supply Wires (Fig. 12). Please refer to the wiring diagram.
