Remove check rail weatherstrip with a needle nose pliers.

Lower top sash to expose check rail keepers and weatherstrip.Unlock window and raise bottom sash.

Cut new check rail weatherstrip to length, if required, using old
weatherstrip as a guide. Dispose of old weatherstrip properly.
Insert new check rail weatherstrip’s barbed leg into checkrail kerf and
press rmly full length.
Close both sash and lock window.
