1Introduction
The FläktGroup mobile app is designed for use with an Android® phone only.
FläktGroup has taken every precaution to provide this app free from bugs and mal-
ware. Only download this app from a trusted source i.e. your local FläktGroup website
or from your local service engineer and FläktGroup sales representative.
Disclaimer
FläktGroup takes no responsibility for the loss of any data or malfunction to your phone
if the .app file has been downloaded from an unknown source.
2 How to install the app
2.1 Mobile device
Open the mobile device.
Open the app store.
Search for the “ISYteq GO“ app.
Download the “ISYteq GO“ app.

Open the “ISYteq GO“ app.
Notice!
The app will be release on iOS in Q2 2023.
Notice!
During the installation you will be asked for some access rights for the
"ISYteq GO" app.
It must all be allowed.

3 How to start
3.1 Internet connection and bluetooth
Make sure you have an internet connection and switch on your bluetooth interface and
location sensor.
3.1.1 Starting the app
Start the “ISYteq GO“ app on your mobile device.
3.1.2 Switching on the ISYteq controller
Switch on the fan coil unit controller again and search for the device.
3.1.3 Logging into the app
Click „Login“ and insert a location for the device.
User name: 3rd Service
Password: 3.Service03
Enter the correct login data and click „OK“ [1].

3.1.4 App connection to the server
The app connects to the FläktGroup SE server.
The login data of the ISYteq GO controller will be downloaded.
Electric shock can lead to serious injuries or death!!
Switch off the power to the ISYteq GO controller in the fan coil unit electrical
cabinet (never remove the SD card when the controller is switched on).
Notice!
You need to be in the range of the controller with your mobile device.
For Bluetooth, this typically means a range of <10 m distance between the con-
troller and your mobile phone.

For connection to the FläktGroup SE server an internet connection is required.

4 Main menu
The following describes the ISYteq GO “ISYteq GO“ app menu.
4.1 Operating the app
4.1.1 Menu description
There are 7 main menu points within the app to be aware of:
Set points
Allows a review of the current set point values in the controller via the app.
– Status
Gives information about the current operational status of the controller and fan
coil unit operation, e.g. the comfort or economy mode.
The profile status view
Shows the current set point values etc. set on the controller for both economy
and comfort modes.
Bypass mode
Shows the settings in the controller of the bypass time for comfort switch from
economy to comfort mode or from the comfort mode to economy mode for a set
period.
5 Load a configuration file
5.1 XML preconfigured file
It is possible to create a configuration file with the device list creator and then download
this file to the mobile device.

5.1.1 Copy / send
Copy/send the FGDefaultProject.xml to the mobile device from the computer.
5.1.2 Loading the default network project file
Load the default network configuration file into the “ISYteq GO“ app.
Click on the burger menu [1].

5.2 Device selection
5.2.1 Load default project
Apply the network settings after loading the default project file .xml.
The controller will list the available devices.
Search and select the device to connect with.
Select the beep button on the controller that you wish to communicate with when mul-
tiple fan coils are in the range of the bluetooth connection.
5.2.2 Selecting a device
After logging in, all ISYteq controllers that are within bluetooth range are displayed in
the lower areas under „Available devices“.
Select a controller [1].
The selected controller [1] moves from „Available devices“ to „My devices“ and the
setting area of this controller is opened automatically.
Click „Back“ to close the setting area.
Select the three-dot menu [2] next to the selected controller.

Select „Initialize device“ [1].

If the .xml file is not used, it is possible to set up the fan coil and fan coil unit network
manually.

6.1 Device configuration
Select „Identify“ [1].
This results in a loud signal tone on the corresponding board.
Click „Identify“ [1] again to stop the signal tone.
Naming of the board
Click „MidTier“ [2] to change the device name.
An input window opens in which you can enter the name.
Click “OK” [3] to confirm.

6.1.1 Manual configuration of the internal group
If several controllers are controlled via a single control unit, a unit group must first be
created. The individual controllers must then be added to this group.
Connect the controllers to each other via the RS485 interface, refer to the order
specific wiring diagrams.
The controllers must be set for the group via the app as follows.

Select a name that can be uniquely assigned to the device.

6.1.2 Naming and location
Select „Identify“ [1] to locate the device and ensure you are making the name
change to the right device.
Click on „MidTier“ [2] and change the name of the selected device.
Click „OK“ [3] to confirm the name change.

6.2 Burger menu
Go into the main menu.
Select the burger menu.
Select [1] on the burger menu to open the drop down selection.

6.2.1 MidTier configuration change
Select „MidTier“.
A drop down menu appears.
Select „Change device config.“ [1].

6.2.2 BMS connection
Select „Interfaces“ to change the configuration for the BMS connection.
Change the baud rate communication and address if necessary.
Click „OK“ [2] to confirm the changes.

Channel 1 is the designated connection to a BMS for the ISYteq GO.
Select this from the list if you wish to use the RS485 cable connection
via channel 1.

Ensure the bluetooth connection [1] is switched on.
Alternatively, it is possible to use a wireless connection for the BMS connection.
Ensure the Bluetooth connection on your mobile device is switched on.
Using the ISYteq GO APP select WLAN, refer to Fig. 1-19 on page 13.

Select „Change device config.“ [1].

Change the necessary settings to use the local wireless LAN connection.
Ensure DHCP [1] is activated.
(Enable the DCHP only if the IP addresses included in the XML file are configured
and it is ensured that the devices are equipped with fixed IP addresses. Contact
your IT department or the customer's IT department to discuss how they would like
to set this network of fan coil units up).
Select the encryption under authentication type [2].
Enter the network name under SSID [3].
Enter the network password under password [4].
When finished, click „OK“ [5].
The unit must be restarted.
Click „Yes“ to restart the unit.
The restart takes about 10 - 30 second.
Switch to the WLAN configuration.
Read out the controller IP under IP address and make a note of these for future
reference.

The web server access is now possible with this IP.
6.3 Configuration of the master / slave controller
Configuration of the master controller
The operating device or, if applicable, the BMS is connected to the master controller.
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the screen to select the master controller [1].

It should be a secure connection and that the person responsible for
the IT network of the building or floor needs a password.

Enter the values for the master controller [1 -4].
Ensure „Modbus Intercom“ is activated [5].
Click „OK“ [6] to confirm.

Configuration of the slave controller
The following configuration must be carried out for each slave controller.
Enter the data according to the illustration.
For slave 1, select Modbus address: 1
For slave 2, select Modbus address: 2
etc., up to slave 15.
Click „OK“ [1] to confirm.

6.4 Configuration of devices via the app
Go into the main menu.
Select the burger menu.
Select „Menu“ [1].

Select a menu item
Setpoints
Select the „Setpoints“ in the menu.
Set the required setpoint temperature to be assigned.
The operating mode, the setpoint of the fan operating mode, the temperature control
mode and the bypass mode of the device room are displayed here.
Change according to application the operating mode, the setpoint of the fan
operating mode, the temperature control mode and the bypass mode of the device
room.
For details of these modes see the ISYteq GO operation manual.

Profile comfort
Select the „Profile comfort“ in the menu.
The setpoints to be used in the comfort profile when the room is occupied are edited
here, e.g.
Minimum setpoint
Temperature setpoint
Maximum setpoint.
The cooling offset sets the degree of offset from 1 - 4K (see controller manual for more
details).
The unit can also be set to operate in *Automatic or Manual mode for both fan and tem-
perature.
*Operate per schedule settings.

Valve adjustment
Select the „Valves“ in the menu.
Valves – The unit will be either a 2-pipe or 4-pipe version.
Change the version using the drop-down arrow.
Change the K Hysteresis valve if necessary.
Please review the operation manual as to the options.
Set the valve type. The control accepts 2- or 3-point valves.

Filter
Select the „Filter“ in the menu.
