Ensure that every person working on the unit has read and understood this entire oper-

has already begun.
All jobs must only be carried out by qualified licensed staff or other individuals with
proper professional training and experience in the following areas:
– Occupational health and safety regulations

– Directives and recognized codes of practice
All skilled staff must be able to assess the entrusted work and must be able to recog-
nize and avoid all associated dangers.
Safety-conscious work procedures
When working within range of mains voltage:
For all kinds of work:
Electrocution through hazardous voltage will lead to death or serious injury.
Non-compliance with the regulations and the operation manual may result in mal-
functions with consequential damage and personal injury.
If the wrong connection is made, there is a danger to life if the wires are inter-
changed!
•Before all connections and maintenance work, all parts of the system must be
disconnected from the power supply and secured against being switched on
again!
•Ensure the unit is voltage-free and isolated, earth and short circuit the unit, cover
or shield off neighboring live components.
ATTENTION
Risk of electrostatic discharge!
When performing any work on the ISYteq units, make sure that you are statically dis-
charged before you touch the unit components. This applies in particular to work on
the printed circuit boards and electrical components.
DAMAGE TO THE UNIT!

carried out by a qualified electrician as defined by VDE.
The connection must be carried out in accordance with the valid VDE regulations
