1 Prerequisites

Technician needs :

A Keyboard

2 Close the locker software

On the screen, select the Packcity Logo

Insert the technician Login and password.

Select Continue

Select TECHNICIAN MENU

Select the "Machine STATUS MANAGEMENT" menu

1. Select "Maintenance" status

2. Select "APPLY THE NEW STATUS"

Select YES

1 Select BACK

2. Exit technician mode to ensure synchronization with PMD

On the instructions insert your technician codes

Select TECHNICIAN MENU

Select Close Quadient Application

Select Yes to quit the application

Connect the keyboard to the IPC

3 Disable the automatic kiosk launch

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL

Select PC_USER

Select Powershell

Run Powershell as administrator

Insert the command: clear-assignedaccess to deactivate the automatic kiosk launch.

4 Reset the automatic kiosk launch

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL, Select Kiosk

Select Settings

Select Apps

Select LockerApp.

Select Advance options

Select Reset. The automatic kiosk lunch service has been deactivated.

5 Reassign the user to the kiosk

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL Select PC_USER

Select Settings

Select Accounts

Select Family & other users

6 Finalizing SMA installation

PC is rebooting…

Windows starts then the LockerApp application is started

Enter the activation key

Enter the technician login for installation.This is a specific login, only used for configuration.

Scan the 2D installation barcode generated with the CompanionApp.

Important : If you are using a mobile phone, set the mobile phone brightness at the maximum.

Validate visualization and for each column, open manually the first and check that the box status

change on the display. If the machine configuration is correct Click on “YES” to continue.

While SMA is loading data about the device status, the Maintenance screen is displayed.

This can take a few minutes

Synchronization is finished.
