Step 3: On a LEFT side mounted console,
position mounting arm straight out
from the rear of the console.

Step 4: Rotate ADAPTER clockwise before
loosely installing mounting screws.
Do not tighten mounting screws.

Step 2: Install three leveling screws.
WARNING
Always disconnect chair from the power
source before removing any covers.
Failure to do so may result in personal injury.
Step 1: Remove magnetic side cover.
Loosen bottom screw and remove
inside console cover.
Tip: Console covers fit up under a lip at the top,
pull out from bottom, then down to remove.
Note:
The stop pin is factory set for a LEFT side mounted console (patient’s left).
Move the stop pin ONLY to install arm on a RIGHT side mounted console.

Step 5: Route the assistant’s umbilical and
vacuum line into the console.
Note: Take care not to kink the umbilical or vacuum line.
Step 6: Adjust three leveling screws to level
the mount arm assembly.
Tighten three mounting screws.

Step 8: Connect like colored tubing in the console. Connect vacuum lines.
Note: No cover is required over tubing connections.

Caution
Connect ground wire to ensure system ground continuity. Failure to do so may result in electric shock.
Step 7: Use velcro to mount keypad communication coupler to console wall and connect lines.
Connect any optional electrical components being used. Screw ground wire connections into
console. Place console cover over all electrical connections.

Installation Checklist
Test Verify the following:
1 Mounting arm and assistant’s unit are level.
2
Mount arm and assistant’s unit rotate and move
easily.
3
Assistant’s instruments work - no wires or tubing are
pinched by covers or mountings.
4
Wipe console and assistant’s unit with a soft dry cloth
to remove dirt or smudges.
5 (Optional) Curing light works.
Step 9: Install covers...
Install console cover over all electrical connections.
Install console side cover (align magnets).
Note: Be careful not to pinch or kink tubing or wires when
installing covers.
Step 10: Connect chair to power supply and
test assistant’s unit operation.
