This is a load cell or a load cell amplifier for a DOL 99B feed weigher.

Installation guide

Replace load cell

1. Mount the new load cell.

2. Tighten the nut. Then loosen the nut ¼ turn. See figure 1.

3. Connect the new wire. See wire colors in the table.

4. Carry out offset adjustment and calibration. See the section below.

Replace load cell amplifier

1. Replace the load cell amplifier

2. If the weigher is an upgraded DOL 99 or DOL 99-2 and it uses load cells with only one wire to the connec-

tion box, wire on the amplifier is cut. See figure 2, item (D) Selection of load cell type.

3. Carry out offset adjustment and calibration. See the section below.

Offset adjustment

The drum is empty.

1. Connect a voltmeter between terminals U7 (+) and U9 (-).

2. Adjust the screw with small screwdriver until the voltage is 1.0 V DC (See fig. 2, item (B) Adjustment

screw).
