Introduction
These cleaning instructions describe the cleaning of the CINEO C6020 and
the correct handling of the cleaning agents.
You will find general instructions on how to operate the CCDM in the operating
manual included with the CINEO C6020.

Important Safety Precautions
The device must be switched off for service and maintenance work
(see chapter "Basic Operation" in the operating manual of the CINEO
C6020).
In addition, please note the following:
Take care not to drop any cleaning liquids into the device.
To clean the device only use cleaning agents approved by WINCOR
NIXDORF International GmbH (see chapter "Approved cleaning agents").
Cleaning interval:
You should clean the CINEO C6020 after 50.000 moved banknotes or at least
all 3 months.

Please note the manufacturer's specifications on the packaging and
on the information sheet included in the packaging.
The product can be damaged or soiled if non-approved materials are
used or if the product is handled improperly.
Dispose of the packaging and empty containers in accordance with
locally applicable regulations.
Application - air duster
Hold the air duster always vertical or
put it down.
Use the air pressure ray always only
intermittently.

While a continuous air pressure
ray the air duster can get very
cold.
Application - Cleaner WN-260
Always spray the cleaner on a
universal cleaning cloth.
Then clean the screens of the
banknote validator with the wet
universal cleaning cloth.

Never apply the cleaner directly
to the screens of the banknote
validator!

Cleaning the head unit

Clean the components / areas of the head unit corresponding to the
following description:
Remove the reel storage mobile from the docking station - see chapter
"Basic Operation" in the operating manual CINEO C6020.
Switch the device off (see chapter "Basic Operation" in the operating
manual CINEO C6020).
Pull out the head unit (see chapter "Basic Operation" in the operating
manual CINEO C6020).

Docking station
Overview - build-in position of the docking station in the head unit.

Pull the handle at the top of the
docking station upwards (1) and
open the cover (2) to the front.

Release the rear cover by raising its
latching mechanism (1).
Lift the cover from the docking station up and open the banknote paths.
Clean the marked areas of the banknote paths in the docking station with
air duster.
Close the banknote paths of the docking station again.

Pull the green latching mechanism forwards (1) and swing the docking
station upwards by actuating the green recessed grip in the direction of the
arrow (2).
Clean the marked areas at the bottom of the docking station with air
duster.

Swing the cover plate (1) of the output
tray upwards.

Unlock the input/output module by actuating the green handle (1). Then
extract the entire input/output module in the direction of the arrow (2) as
far as possible.
Raise the input/output module forwards using the grip on the left-hand
side (1) until the latching mechanism engages.
