foremost sail 419 to the yard 406 and fasten it to the
jaw 332 on the lower mast with a nail 26, the rings
108 and the chain 302. Under the top 334, fit the
block and tackle 395. Gently gather up the sail with
the thread 308 (red arrows) and with the threads 372
and 308 make the rigging with the lifts (blue arrows)
and the braces (yellow arrows). Make the rest of the
rigging (violet and orange arrows). All these are to be
