fit the mizzen royal sail 471 onto the yard 469 and
fasten it to the topgallant mast 361 on the mizzen,
using the threads 153 and 308, the rings 108 and the
chain 302 (pink arrows). Gently gather up the sail with
the thread 308 (red arrows) and, with thread 372,
make the mizzen royal yard lifts (blue arrows) and
with thread 308 make the braces (yellow arrows).
With the thread 308, make the clewlines (orange
arrows). Tie the braces on the topgallant mainsail yard
451 (yellow arrows in Step 72).
