1 Product description
This is an insulation plate for the 10K / 17K tunnel inlet.
The plate is used to avoid draft and heat loss in cold periods, where the insulation plate is not in use.
The insulation plate is mounted and removed manually.

Includes:
1) 1 x insulation plate
2) 4 x anchorage, side
3) 4 x anchorage, corner
4) 8 x handle w/quarterturn f/insulation plate
5) 8 x PT screw 4x12 delta flang TX20 A2
6) 1 x sealing strip for insulation plate
Remove the liner tape and mount the sealing strip on the
inside of the insulation plate.

4 Mounting of insulation plate on 10K / 17K
Push the anchorage, corner (3) on the screw tower in each of
the 4 corners.
Fasten anchorage, side (3) and the screw tower together with
PT screw (5) (do not tighten to more than 1 Nm).
Mount the 8 handels for insulation plate (4) on the insulation plate (1).
Fasten the insulation plate (1) onto the tunnel inlet frame. Start with the handles at the bottom.
When mounting anchorage, side (2) and bushing corner (3)
they must be plane with the top of the screw tower.
Push the anchorage, side (2) on the screw tower in the middle
of the tunnel inlet frame on top and down sides.
Fasten anchorage, side (2) and the screw tower together with
PT screw (5) (do not tighten to more than 1 Nm).
