Themaximumbitrateoptionallowsyoutosetatargetbitratevaluetobeabletohandlesystembitratelimitations.Tokeepthe
instantaneousbitratebelowthespeciedtargetbitrate,theremaybeadecreaseinimagequalityortheframeratemaydecrease.
Youhavetheoptiontoprioritizeeitherimagequalityorframerate.Itisrecommendedtocongurethetargetbitratehigherthanthe
expectedbitratetohavemarginsforadditionalcomplexitythatneedstobecaptured.
Averagebitrate(ABR)
Withaveragebitrate,thebitrateisautomaticallyadjustedoveralongertimescaletomeetthespeciedtargetandprovidethe
