Axis Q6075 is a high-performance PTZ network camera designed for demanding video surveillance applications. It features a 1/2.5" progressive scan RGB CMOS sensor with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels at up to 60 fps, providing sharp and detailed images even in low-light conditions. Werecommendthefocusrecallfeatureinthefollowingscenarios:

Handlesceneswithstrongbacklight

Dynamicrangeisthedifferenceinlightlevelsinanimage.Insomecasesthedifferencebetweenthedarkestandthebrightest

areascanbesignicant.Theresultisoftenanimagewhereeitherthedarkorthebrightareasarevisible.Widedynamicrange

(WDR)makesbothdarkandbrightareasoftheimagevisible.

Bitratecontrol

Bysettingthebitratecontrolyoucanmanagethebandwidthconsumptionforyourvideostream.

Variablebitrate(VBR)

Withvariablebitratethebandwidthvariesbasedonthelevelofactivityinthescene.Themoreactivityinthescene,themore

bandwidthisrequired.Thisoptionguaranteesthatimagequalityisconstantbutrequiresstoragemargins.

Maximumbitrate(MBR)

Themaximumbitrateoptionallowsyoutosetatargetbitratevaluetobeabletohandlesystembitratelimitations.Tokeepthe

instantaneousbitratebelowthespeciedtargetbitrate,theremaybeadecreaseinimagequalityortheframeratemaydecrease.

Youhavetheoptiontoprioritizeeitherimagequalityorframerate.Itisrecommendedtocongurethetargetbitratehigherthanthe

expectedbitratetohavemarginsforadditionalcomplexitythatneedstobecaptured.

Averagebitrate(ABR)

Withaveragebitrate,thebitrateisautomaticallyadjustedoveralongertimescaletomeetthespeciedtargetandprovidethe

bestqualityonthevideostreambasedonavailablestorage.Imagequalityisdecreaseduniformly.Youcanstillgetgoodimage

qualitywhenthereisactivityinthescene.Theaveragebitrateoptionallowsyoutodenethetotalstoragerequiredtostorethe

videostreamforaspeciedamountoftime(retentiontime)whenimagequalityisadjustedtomeetthespeciedtargetbitrate.

Specifytheaveragebitratesettingsinoneofthefollowingways:

•Setthetargetbitrateandtheretentiontimetocalculatetheestimatedstorageneed.

•Usethetargetbitratecalculatortocalculatetheaveragebitrate,basedonavailablestorageanddesiredretentiontime.

Youhavealsotheoptiontoturnonmaximumbitratetospecifyabitratelimit.

videotheratemustbeatleast16imageframespersecond.Fullmotionvideoisperceivedat30(NTSC)or25(PAL)framespersecond.

TheMotionJPEGstreamusesconsiderableamountsofbandwidth,butprovidesexcellentimagequalityandaccesstoeveryimage

containedinthestream.

H.264orMPEG-4Part10/AVC

specifyforexampleresolution,orframerate.WhenyouchangethesettingsintheStreamtab,itdoesn’taffectongoingstreams,but

itwilltakeeffectwhenyoustartanewstream.

TheStreamprolessettingsoverridethesettingsfromtheStreamtab.Ifyourequestastreamwithaspecicstreamprole,the

streamcontainsthesettingsofthatprole.Ifyourequestastreamwithoutspecifyingastreamprole,orrequestastreamprole

thatdoesn'texistintheproduct,thestreamcontainsthesettingsfromtheStreamtab.

foropenareaswithnoobscuringobjectsandwheremovementisunusual.Whenthecameradoesn'ttrackanobject,itreturns

1.Pressandholdthecontrolbuttonandthepowerbuttonfor15–30secondsuntilthestatusLEDindicatorashesamber.
