GALENVS WW0024 User guide

  • Hello! I've reviewed the Quick Start Guide for the GALENVS WWKit WW0024-12 Wastewater DNA/RNA Extraction Kit. This guide outlines a detailed two-part protocol, including steps for sample preparation, lysis, washing, and elution of DNA/RNA. I'm ready to answer any questions you might have about the procedure or the components involved. Let me know how I can help!
  • What is the first step in the WWKit protocol?
What plates are used in the purification system for the WWKit Part A protocol?
What reagents are added to the lysis plate prior to part B?
5When the protocol completes, remove
Elution plate from purification system.
Discard the tip combs and other plates.
4Place Lysis, Wash #1, Wash #2, and
Elution plates in their respective slots in
the purification system, and start the
WWKit – Part B protocol.
Place tip combs on Lysis plate or in dedicated tip
plate, according to machine’s specifications.
!
3When the protocol completes, remove
Lysis plate from the purification system.
Discard the tip combs and other plates.
