GALENVS Plasmid User guide

  • Hello, I've reviewed the Quick Start Guide for the GALENVS Plasmid Miniprep Kit. This document provides detailed instructions on how to use the kit with the miQron device for DNA purification, including buffer volumes and column placements. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about the protocol or the device.
  • What columns are used for Lysis Buffer?
    What volume of Neutralization Buffer is added at Stop 1?
    What columns contain the purified DNA elution?
When program is complete, discard
combs then remove plate from miQron.
Columns 5 and 11 contain the purified
DNA elution.
At Stop 2, add 400µl of Binding Buer
to columns 1 and 7.
Place plate back in miQron
and continue the program.

Buer to columns 1 and 7.
