How to Replace ZephTM Stool Cylinder

Step 1:

Strike using a mallet on the nylon cap placed on the cylinder to release the

base from the cylinder.

Tools Required

Mallet

Cylinder

Nylon cap

Step 2:

Detach the base assembly from the cylinder assembly.

Step 3:

Using a mallet hit both side of the chair and pull o the cylinder assembly

from the tilt assembly.

Step 4:

Detach the footrest assembly from the cylinder assembly.

Step 5:

Detach the cylinder cover.

Step 6:

Replace the new cylinder and attach the cylinder cover.

Step 8:

Attach the cylinder assembly to the tilt assembly.

Step 7:

Attach the footrest to the cylinder assembly.

Step 9:

Place the chair assembly onto the base. Sit in chair to engage tapers

(cylinder/tilt and cylinder/base).
