TO INSTALL:
LUMINAIRE INSTALLATION:
NOTE: See Figure 1 for items included with
luminaire.
NOTE: Rough-in frame must be installed prior
to ceiling being finished or must be installed in
an accessible ceiling.
NOTE: See Figure 12 for dimensions of
luminaire and quick mount brackets.
STEP 1:
Cut a 14”x16” opening in the soffit. See Figure
3 for orientation of opening.
STEP 2:
Attach (2) quick-mount brackets to sides of the
rough-in frame using (4) supplied T20 torx pan
head screws. Torque screws to 23 in-lbs. See
Figure 2.
STEP 3:
Thread rigid conduit, bar stock, wire or
C-channel (supplied by others)through quick-
mount brackets at the sides of the rough-in
frame. See Figure 3.
STEP 4:
Attach mounting means to structure or other
adequate support.
STEP 5:
Adjust mounting height by loosening
adjustment nuts, then position brackets so
that the bottom of the rough-in frame is flush
with the bottom of the opening of the soffit.

Rotate luminaire housing into place and secure with
2 retained screws. Torque screws to 23 in-lbs. See
Figure 7.
STEP 12:
For products with optional field adjustable dimming
refer to Field Adjustable Dimming section.
For products without field adjustable dimming
proceed to Step 13.
STEP 13:
For Products Without Occupancy Sensor:
Secure trim plate to luminaire housing with
(4) supplied Phillips flat head screws. Torque
screws to 23 in-lbs. See Figure 8.
Installation is now complete.
For Products With Occupancy Sensor:
Unscrew occupancy sensor lens from occupancy
sensor. Retain lens.
Secure trim plate to luminaire housing with
(4) supplied Phillips flat head screws. Torque
screws to 23 in-lbs. See Figure 8.

the level that was set in the factory.
STEP 1:
The dimming control is visible inside the luminaire housing. See
Figure 11.
To access the control do the following:
Disconnect the power to the luminaire.
Loosen (4) retained T20 torx screws in corners of light
engine. See Figure 9.
Allow light engine to swing down as shown in Figure 10.
STEP 2:
Establish the desired input power multiplier by referring to the
product dimming spec sheet and turn the switch to the correlating
position. For the half moon shaped dial the center of the flat side
should be turned to the desired setting. See Figure 11.
STEP 3:
After setting the switch, reattach the light engine to the luminaire
housing while ensuring that no wires are pinched. Torque (4) T20
torx screws to 23 in-lbs.
