Installation Instructions (surface mount)

• Product should be installed in accordance with applicable national, state, and local
building and electrical codes.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power source and circuit
breakers are switched o before performing any installation or wiring procedures.
• Avoid looking directly into the lamp when illuminated.
• Ensure all mounts are securely attached and will support the weight of the xture.
• Failure to properly support the xture may result in damage or injury, for which the
manufacturer does not assume responsibility.
Check product label for specific electrical
specifications related to installation.
Improper installation will void warranty.
1. Measure and drill holes in mounting
surface.
2. Remove diuser lens using the
releases pictured to the right.
3. Attach mounting plate. With supply
power o, connect wiring.
Note: Conduit can be directly attached
to mounting plate.
4. Securely mount xture.
5. Reinstall diuser lens.
6. Select desired CCT value using switch.

Installation Instructions (optional hanging kit LSFD-HK)
1. Measure and drill appropriate holes in ceiling and install hooks (not included) if needed.
2. Attach cables to ceiling hooks or wrap around suitable pipe or beam.
3. Attach triangular hangers to cables, then hang light on them.
4. With supply power o, connect wiring.
5. Adjust CCT using switch on the side of xture.
