• Product should be installed and serviced by a certied
electrician in accordance with applicable national, state, and
local building and electrical codes.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power
source and circuit breakers are switched o before performing
any installation or wiring procedures.
• Avoid looking directly into lamp when illuminated.
• Ensure all mounts are securely attached and will support the
weight of the xture. Failure to properly support xture may
result in damage or injury, for which the manufacturer does not
assume responsibility.

Note: Recessed Mounting Kit
Required (LPD-JBK)
1. Turn off power and remove
existing fixture or remove ceiling tile.
2. Bend each t-bar safety hook away
from panel until facing perpendicular
to panel backing. Bend hook arm
until facing perpendicular to hook
body. (Fig. 2 & 3)
3. Remove the knockout hole on the
junction box. Run wiring through
hole and secure conduit. (Fig. 4)
Connect all wiring according to the
wiring diagram.
4. Attach junction box to panel backing by
inserting the tabs from the junction box into
the slots on the panel backing. Secure to the
panel with provided screw. (Fig. 5)
5. Place panel into T-grid, making sure it is
securely supported.

S tep2: Turn off power. Insert the L,N wires
of the J-box into the male connector.

S tep6: Plug the female connector of the
luminaire into the male connector of the AC
input wire.The Ground connects to Green
wire.Dimming wires connect according to
the same wire color.

S tep4: Alight the 2 longer hooks on the metal plate with
the longer hole on the luminaire(Look at the metal palte
and the luminaire with the 'STEP 1' mark). Slightly move
the luminaire forward and make sure the hooks is in
right position.

S te p 1: Remove the surface mounted kit
from the luminaire.

S te p5: Fix the metal string on the hook.

S tep3: Align the holes on the surface mounted kit with
the hole on the J-box Tighten 2#8-32 screws, rotate
the plate to your right position and lots of KA3.5*20mm
screws into the ceiling and make the kit flush with
the ceiling.

Step8: Push the luminaire on the ceiling. Make
sure the 4 hooks are inside the luminaire and
push forward the luminaire until you hear a
clicking sound.

Step3: Turn off power,remove the ceiling panel. Then place
the panel in to the T-bar,ensure he panel is attached to the
ceiling.(Figure3)

connect conduit to J-box with proper connector(s).
Remove appropriate round knock-out(s) and

Secondly ,It takes about 0.5~2 seconds from turn off the light to
next trun on and lamp is in 50% brightness, At last ,It takes
about 0.5~2 seconds from turn off the light to next trun on and
lamp 10% brightness. (Figure 7)
Note: For cycle of step dimming, wait until the lamp is in brightness.
For failure of step dimming, turn off the lamp and turn on after 3 second.

The driver PUR (D+) to the dimmer+(PUR),and the
driver GRY(D-)to the dimmer-(GRY)
Connect the wires with terminal cap as shown in wiring
diagram (Figure 6).
Incoming insulated dimming conductors shall have
voltage rated at least equal to the branch voltage.

S tep2: Turn off power. Insert the L,N wires
of the J-box into the male connector.

S tep6: Plug the female connector of the

input wire.The Ground connects to Green
wire.Dimming wires connect according to

Step3: Turn off power,remove the ceiling panel. Then place
the panel in to the T-bar,ensure he panel is attached to the
ceiling.(Figure3)

connect conduit to J-box with proper connector(s).
Remove appropriate round knock-out(s) and

about 0.5~2 seconds from turn off the light to next trun on and
lamp 10% brightness. (Figure 7)
Note: For cycle of step dimming, wait until the lamp is in brightness.
For failure of step dimming, turn off the lamp and turn on after 3 second.

The driver PUR (D+) to the dimmer+(PUR),and the
driver GRY(D-)to the dimmer-(GRY)
Connect the wires with terminal cap as shown in wiring
diagram (Figure 6).
Incoming insulated dimming conductors shall have
voltage rated at least equal to the branch voltage.

S tep2: Turn off power. Insert the L,N wires
of the J-box into the male connector.

S tep6: Plug the female connector of the
luminaire into the male connector of the AC
input wire.The Ground connects to Green
wire.Dimming wires connect according to
the same wire color.

S tep4:Alight the 2 longer hooks on the metal plate with
the longer hole on the luminaire(Look at the metal palte
and the luminaire with the 'STEP 1' mark). Slightly move
the luminaire forward and make sure the hooks is in
right position.

S te p1 : Remove the surface mounted kit
from the luminaire.

S te p5: Fix the metal string on the hook.

S tep3: Align the holes on the surface mounted kit with
the hole on the J-box Tighten 2#8-32 screws, rotate
the plate to your right position and lots of KA3.5*20mm
screws into the ceiling and make the kit flush with
the ceiling.

Step8: Push the luminaire on the ceiling. Make
sure the 4 hooks are inside the luminaire and
push forward the luminaire until you hear a
clicking sound.

1. Turn o power and run supply wiring
through junction box. Connect wiring using
wiring diagram. (Fig. 2)
2. Attach surface mounting bracket to junction
box and align to the desired orientation. Mark
screw holes and drill pilot holes. Remove bracket
and insert screw anchors into mounting surface
at marks. Reinstall bracket to junction box and
install mounting screws. (Fig. 3)
3. Screw steel cable service loop to light
panel (Fig.5). Align the hooks labeled “Step
1” on the surface mounting bracket with
the larger slots along the edge of the panel
backing labeled “Step 1” and slide to lock in
place. (Fig. 4)
4. Attach the steel cable service loop from the
panel to one of the surface mount bracket hooks
to hold the panel while wiring. (Fig. 5)
5. Connect the ground wire. Connect the two
orange quick disconnects together. Connect
the 0–10 V dimming wires according to the
wiring diagram if needed. (Fig. 6)
6. Tuck wiring into junction box, being sure not
to pinch wires. (Fig. 7-1)
7. Lift panel onto remaining hooks on surface
mounting bracket while aligning to remaining
slots on panel. Slide panel to lock into place.
