Carrier 38EH is an air-cooled condensing unit designed for outdoor installation. It is compatible with Carrier-approved indoor units to create a complete air conditioning system. The unit features a propeller-type condenser fan with a direct drive and 1-speed operation. The discharge airflow is vertical, with a capacity ranging from 1850 to 4000 cfm depending on the unit size. The condenser coil has 16 fins per inch, with a tube diameter of 1/2 inch and 1 or 2 rows. The unit operates with refrigerant 22 and utilizes an AccuRater™ control system.
