Installation of floor heating in dry installations

Install SpeedUp Eco peri-
meter insulation and support
batten on dry and even and
load bearing substrate. Screw
down battens in thresholds.

Following the layout begin
the installation in one corner
with a SpeedUp Eco header
panel.

Lay SpeedUp Eco heat
panels (CZ: pipe distance 250
mm, EZ: pipe distance 125
mm) according to plan.
Create flow and returns and
90° bends with pre-formed
panels.

Fill gaps and unheated
areas (e.g. under fixed furni-
ture) using blank panels.

Additional battens provide
extra support for greater loads.

If necessary cut the heat
panels between the heat-
ing aluminium plates with a
circular hand saw.

Using a router cut out in-
dividual pipe channels taking
extra care to keep the correct
curve.

Holding the pipe in a large
curve to avoid tension, press
the composite pipe into the
channels.

Avoid lifting pipe once
installed in the header panels.

Press fittings should only
be positioned between two
aluminum sheets and never in
curved sections of pipe.
