Once acclimatised for 2-6 days begin installing Strongboard.
Cut perimeter insulation along the edge of the support battens.
Cut the tongue that meets the wall side and lay with an expansion gap
of 10 mm using appropriate wedges.

Use circular saw (universal blade) and utilise rest pieces of more than
40 cm at the beginning of the next row.
In larger rooms (more than 8 m length/width) a movement joint should
be installed which should rest on support battens.
5 6
The Strongboard panels should be laid in a staggered pattern, allowing
at least 40 cm for each laid panel.
