KC HiLiTES 6315 relay wire harness is designed to power two lights, each with a maximum wattage of 130. The harness includes a switch, relay, sheet metal screw, and wire ties for easy installation. The switch can be mounted in a 3/4" hole and the relay should be mounted close to the battery with the blades facing down. Connect the yellow power lead to the positive side of the battery and the black ground lead to the negative side or chassis ground. Finally, connect the white switch power wire to a positive power source.

2. To install the switch, drill a ¾” hole in the desired locaon to press the switch into.
(Note: Do not install switch unl you have the switch wires routed to the switch locaon,
and then aach the switch wires accordingly before pressing the switch into the mounng hole). Connect
the switch wires as follows: Black wire to Ground (brass color) blade, Green wire to Load (center) blade,
and White wire (Supply) to the last blade on the switch. Complete the switch installaon and place
switch in the O posion.
1. Begin by roung the KC wire harness from the baery (or power source) and connect the light leads
(DT connectors) to the lights. Next, route the three switch leads (spade connectors) toward the desired
switch locaon.
3. Next, mount the Relay close to the baery with blades facing down (sheet metal screw provided).
Connect the Yellow Power lead (with ring terminal) to the (+) Posive side of the baery. Connect
the Black Ground lead (with ring terminal) to the (-) Negave side of the baery or chassis ground.
Complete the wiring system by connecng the White switch power wire to (+) Posive baery, fuse
box or other power source. The system will not work without powering the white wire.
Aiming Your Lights:
Fog Lights - aim lights so that the top beam cuto is below the level of your stock low beams.
For two lights (130w maximum each)
Spot Lights - aim just above your high beams for maximum distance.
Driving Lights - aim so that the intense part of the beam is near the level of your stock high beams.
(Note: Securely ghten the lights aer aiming them.)
