Remove sill cover using a at pry bar and save for reuse.
Loosen set screw on handle using a small at blade screwdriver.
Loosen set screw on handle using a small at blade screwdriver.
Remove handle and save for reuse. Remove operator cover and save for
reuse.

Remove screws from sill cover and save for reuse.
Remove screws from sill cover using a drill/driver and save for reuse.

Open lock handle. Temporarily apply operator handle and open sash. Remove operator
handle and save for resuse.

Align straight operator arm with arrow on operator channel. Depress straight operator arm down to release from operator channel.

Slide split operator arm clip from operator bracket stud with at blade
screwdriver. Release split operator arm from operator bracket stud.
Releasing operator arm allows sash to swing freely. Sash
may suddenly swing out and break free causing injury and/
or product damage. Support sash during entire replacement
process.

Remove operator and save screws for reuse. Dispose of old operator
properly.
Fasten new operator in same position using saved screws. Position split operator arm on sash bracket stud. Slide clip on sash
bracket stud.

Align straight operator arm roller with arrow on operator channel and insert it into operator channel.

Close lock handle.Temporarily apply operator handle and close
sash. Remove operator handle and save for
reuse.
Slide sill cover into place over operator and
between side stops.

Fasten sill cover using saved screws.
Operator replacement is completed.
Tighten handle set screw.
