Follow instructions of foam, sealant and flashing manufacturer
regarding safety, material application and compatibility with this
product.
Windows and doors can be heavy. Use safe lifting techniques and a
reasonable number of people with enough strength to lift, carry and install
window and door products to avoid injury and/or product damage.

▶Remove sash from frame and place on a clean, at surface
before proceeding to step 1. See Guide 9055617 Sash
Replacement for E-Series Casement Windows with Standard
Hinge for sash removal procedure.
Remove all 3 screws and hinge track from frame. Save screws for reuse.
Properly dispose of hinge track.

Apply sealant into all 3 screw holes on frame.

Exterior
Align new hinge track over screw holes on frame and fasten using saved
screws.

Hinge for sash replacement procedure.
▶Bottom or top hinge track replacement is complete.
