lift, carry and install window and door

Open sash and remove sill stop. Remove operator from sash brackets and brace sash open using
wood block.
Remove operator screws and operator. Remove sash bracket screws and sash brackets.
Measure and mark location of sash brackets from center of
sash.
Fill and seal holes.

Position sill stop and use cutout as a guide to mark operator location. Remove sill stop.
Center bracket on scribed line. Drill 1/8" holes 1/16" deep in
marked locations using sash bracket as a template.
Fasten sash brackets.

Mark center line between pencil marks made in previous step. Measure 1-1/8" from edge of sill and mark on center line. Measure
and mark 2-1/16" from each side of center and 7/16" from edge of sill.

Position operator base over drilled holes and fasten three
screws.
Remove wood block and check operation. Reapply sill stop.
