Top Sash Tilt Latch
Right Hand (as viewed from interior)
Left Hand (as viewed from interior)
Right hand tilt latch replacement shown in guide.

Interior
Retract top sash tilt latch and hold, exposing screw. Remove screw
with a #2 Phillips screwdriver and save for reuse.
Position new tilt latch on top sash. Retract tilt latch and fasten with
saved screw.
