techniques and a reasonable number of people
with enough strength to lift, carry and install
window and door products to avoid injury and/or
product damage.
Sash must be supported during entire removal
and installation procedures. Failure to support
sash may result in injury and/or product
damage.
Tape broken glass with filament or duct
tape before removing sash to reduce glass
fragmentation. Failure to do so may result in
severe injury, product and or property damage.
Gently pry and remove sill stop from spline. Record location for
reapplication.
Gently pry and remove side stop from spline. Record location for
reapplication. Repeat on opposite side.

Gently pry and remove head stop from spline. Record location for
reapplication.
Support sash and remove sash clip screws from sash only. Save screws
for reuse.
DO NOT remove
screws securing
sash clips to
frame.

Remove sash from frame using suction cup. Dispose of sash properly. Lift new sash into opening using suction cup.

Center sash in opening and support sash tight against sash clips. Drill
holes in sash with 3/32" drill bit 3/4 deep at sash clip locations.
Fasten sash through sash clips using saved screws.

Reapply side stops by pressing kerf onto spline. Reapply sill and head stops by pressing kerf onto press t fastener spline.
