Console mount arm is attached to chair. Remove shipping bolt (take it out from top)
before installing mounting bolts, which is located in a bag tied to the console arm.

Step 3: Remove shipping bolt from seat casting. Position the
console mounting arm to desired left or right side.
Install mounting bolts, with lock patches, and torque
to 45-55 ft/lbs (61-75 Nm).

Step 1: Raise chair to comfortable working height.
Equipment Alert
Tap a lift arm or lower pivot cover three times to raise
the chair to the pre-programmed “home” position; a
convenient height for installation or patient access.
The chair beeps until it reaches the home position.

Step 2: Remove three screws and washers, then the
seat shroud from right and left sides.
Remove two bolts (with washers) and remove seat frame.

Step 6: Fit the console hub into the console mounting arm opening.
Console should be mounted parallel to the chair with the
water bottle towards foot end.
Step 7: Level console by tightening, alternately, the eight leveling bolts
on console mounting arm.

Step 5: Remove console side cover.
Loosen bottom screw and remove inside
console cover.
Tip: Console covers fit up under a lip at the top. Pull out from
bottom, then down to remove.

Note
Tubing and connectors are provided for connecting a delivery
unit and an assistant’s unit. Leave connectors capped if you are
not installing these components.
An additional 1/8" piece of blue tubing is provided that can be
used to connect to a city water supply.
Step 8: Connect like colored tubing for all installed
components and cap off all unused tubing.

Step 9: All components have unique electrical connectors
that only fit into properly mated connectors.
Note: Not all installations use all the connectors provided.
Step 11: Keep electrical connections inside the middle and water
bottle side compartments so the cover will fit over them.

Step 10: Screw all grounds into the two holes in the console
frame as shown.

Test Verify the following:
1 Console is level.
2 All unused access ports are covered.

Electrical connections have been properly grounded to the
console frame.

All electrical connections are covered by the metal cover
inside the console.
5 Water bottle is screwed in tightly.

Covers are all installed. No wires or tubing are pinched by
covers or mountings.

Wipe console with a soft dry cloth to remove any dirt or
smudges.
