Set the bottom back support (9) and top back support (11)
on a at surface with the curved sides and countersunk holes
facing up. Arrange the seven back slats (10) with the longest
in the centre, on the supports.

step 1.
Push al the slats together so that there is even spacing on
each side. Screw only the centre slat down using screws in
the pre-drilled holes*
*Before tightening has screwed this slats, rst apply a very
thin layer of glue (Tec7) in the middle of the bar screwing.

Space the slats out evenly, from the centre attached slat, so
that the shortest outside slats are even with end of the curve
on the back supports, and then attach.
Use a thin slat as a template. When the top is nice and round,
you can the slats glued (Tec7) and screw.

Attach the legs (1) to the sides (8) using four screws in the
pre-drilled holes as shown. Line up the screws with the pilot
holes on the leg. Each leg and side are marked either “L” for
le and “R” for right, and should be matched together.

Place the two sides (8) marked “L” and “R” facing each other
with the legs on the outside. e “R” should be on the right
side of the chair (as sitting) Attach the front slat (12) to the
front of the sides as shown. Using four screws and use Tec7.

Place back assembly into the cut out area on the sides as
shown, attach with two screws through the pre-drilled holes.
Don’t forget Tec7!
