BLOTZ B28-STA-100 Assembly Instructions

  • I have analyzed the instructions for the Blotz Starship Corridor B28-STA-100 model. This document provides step-by-step guidance on assembling the 28mm scale, 6" long corridor section, detailing the use of PVA glue, a modeling knife, and optional tools such as pegs or elastic bands. I'm here to answer any questions you might have about constructing the model.
  • What kind of glue is required for assembly?
What tools are needed for assembly?
What is the full length of model corridor?
Is there a full-color instruction available online?
28mm Starship Corridor (6” long)
B28-STA-100
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and remember
to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place while
you allow glue to dry.
A full-colour copy of these instructions can be found on our website: www.blotz.co.uk
Each of the corridor walls is formed from a set of
the pieces shown above.
Apply a little glue to the supports and attach the
pieces as shown above. Note the two lugs on each
support should be at the bottom of the wall (i.e.
the section with the four sets of horizontal lines
marked on it. Leave to dry.
Once the wall is dry, remove the pieces shown
above from the sprue.
Glue these into position on the wall (NB: There are
lines inscribed on the wall to help you position
these). Leave to dry. Ensure the decorative pieces
do not extend over the ends of the wall as this will
make linking corridor sections together quite tricky.
Apply a little glue to the bottom the wall and the
supports. Position the wall onto the base using the
holes provided.
Repeat this with the other wall section.
