28mm 3x3 Starship Room (1 door)
B28-STA-500
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due
care and remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold
pieces in place while you allow glue to dry.
Remove the two pieces of the corner support
from the sprue, glue them together and insert
into the base (as shown above) for the left-hand
side of the doorway (when looking into the
room)
Remove the short wall support (note this only has one
lug on the lower portion) and the left-hand corner wall
sections from the sprue.
Attach the lower portion of the wall…
…then add the upper sections.
Repeat this for the other side of the doorway.
Remove the decorations for the left-hand side from
the sprue.
Glue these into position on the pillar. They will be
flush with the edge which links to another
corridor section. Repeat this for the other pillar.
Insert the other supports into the base and attach the
lower wall pieces. (Eaisest to do the sides first, then
the rear wall).
These are the decorative sections for the long
walls. Note – two of each piece are the same size
– these are for the side walls. The different size is
for the rear wall.
Add the upper side walls and lowest decorative strip.
Add the rear wall, then work round adding in the
upper two sections of decorative strip.
