Before Beginning Installation
• Read through instructions prior to assembly.
• A minimum of 2 people are required to perform this installation.
• You will need a 3’ or longer level. Leveling the table, throughout the installation process is very
important.
• These instructions reflect typical assemblies; they may not match your specific configuration.

Assembling Conference Tables
3 Base Tables
1. Place the 2 bases together so that the
ends without panels are facing each other.
2. Connect the two bases together with
item I (Double Base Spacer) between the
straps using hardware item F & G, through
the holes in the straps.
3. Using a 3’ level, make sure the base
structure is level side to side and end to
end. Adjust glide as necessary.
Notes: Makes sure that the edges of the
base extrusion are square to each other
before fully tightening the bases
together.
Attaching Sub top to Base
1. With the base in place, set the sub top
on top of the base so that the plates on top
of the base locate into the recess of the
top.
2. On multi-piece tops slide the second
piece in so that the steel support tubes
slide together.
3. With the tops slid together, secure the
tops together using hardware item B (tight
joint fastener).
4. Once all the tops are secured together
the sub top can be tied into the base using
hardware item A, through the base plate.
Attaching Center Perimeter Section
1. With the top attached base the center
section of the perimeter can be slid into
place.
2. Attach the extrusion to the sub top using
hardware item D in the pre-drilled holes of
the extrusion.
Notes: The tight joint fasteners may
need to be slightly loosened to allow for
the extrusion to be slid into place.
Retighten once the pieces are in place
and before screwing the extrusions in
place.

Glass Top Tavola Table
1. With glass top Tavola tables an
additional insert is attached to the sub top.
This is to give the added thickness to the
glass. Between each insert an aluminum
trim piece will be present. These act as a
divider for the pieces of glass.
2. Before placing the glass into the top
make sure that the inserts are all free of
debris, as this could damage the back
painted glass.
3. When placing the glass it is best to have
two people involved in the process. Place
the edge closest to the edge of the table
and gently roll it down towards the center
of the table.
4. With the outside glass in place the spine
glass can be placed. Remove the backing
of the double sided tape on one side of the
spine insert and place it down the center of
the table. With the spine insert placed
remove the back of the double sided tape
and place the spine glass down on top.
Veneer Top Tavola Table
1. Veneer tops on Tavola are grain
matched, so it is very important as to
where each piece goes.
2. Between each veneer insert a piece of
aluminum accent trim is to be placed.
There is also an extrusion that runs down
the center of the table from ender to ender.
3. Once all the pieces have been placed in
the correct grain matched position use
hardware item C to hold the tops down.
The ender inserts require 4 screws, while
the center pieces require 5. Holes through
the sub top are predrilled to accept screws.

Assembling Credenzas
Assembling Credenza
1. Place the credenza in the room where it
will be located as once the credenza is
assembled it will be more difficult to move.
2. With the credenza located take the end
panels, center between the extrusion and
slide down so that the z-brackets interact
with the straps running between the
extrusions.
Note: On glass sided credenzas make
sure that the glass does not come in
contact with the extrusion, during
installation, as it will scratch the paint
off the back side of the glass.
3. After the sides are in place, the top can
be placed onto the credenza. Make sure
that the edges of the top are flush to the
sides. There are blocks attached to the
bottom side, of the top. These are to hold
the top down onto the credenza.
4. With the top placed use hardware item
C to hold the top down. There are thru
holes inside of the case that tie into the
blocks on the top.
Note: On open credenzas with a glass
top there are no screws to hold top
down.

Assembling Standing Height
Assembling Standing Height
1. Place the Standing Height table in the
room where it will be located as once the
table is assembled it will be more difficult to
move.
2. With the table located take the end
panels, center between the extrusion and
