Step 1:
Pull out and remove all the casters.

Tools Required
Nylon cap Mallet
Step 2:
Strike using a mallet on the nylon cap placed on the cylinder to release the
base from the cylinder.

Replace the new base and slide into the cylinder engage it with the cylinder
cover by pressing down.
Step 4:
