Masterflex Tropical Seal® is an acrylic elastomeric fiber-reinforced roof sealer recommended for the correction of problems due to the
filtration of roofs caused by capillarity, crevices, or joints when adding new constructions to those already in existence. It is formulated with
acrylic polymers as a base, which provides a formulation of maximum elasticity, creating highly flexible membrane with the capacity to
contract and expand without affecting the adhesion. It doesn’t require a roof primer before. It leaves a white brilliant finish, reducing the heat
absorption of the surfaces, thus allowing the interior temperature to decrease saving energy consumption and interior environment more
comfortable. Masterflex Tropical Seal seals blue to protect the applicator’s eyes, resulting in a ultra-white finish after several days. It is an
Energy Star Partner program, certification granted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department Energy to
products that help conserve or save energy.

washer. In order to eliminate the fungus, prepare a solution of one quart of liquid bleach for every three quarts of water. Rinse with clear
water and wait until surface is completely dry.
