Before attempting to apply, mix the product thoroughly. For a longer durability, let it dry for 24 hours and then apply a second coat. For
maximum durability of the product, we recommend the application of Mega Seal Acrylic Primer, which are 100% acrylic products designed
for sealing any crevices and pores, creating an appropriate base for the application of Masterflex Tropical Seal®.
This product is not formulated for immersion.
Recommended Film Thickness: 20 mils dry / Two coats must be applied in order to get the recommended dry film thickness (20 MDFT)
Coverage: (One Coat)
Concrete Surface: 80 square feet per gallon @ 10 MDFT / 400 square feet per pail @ 10 MDFT
Metal Surface: 160 square feet per gallon @ 5 MDFT / 800 square feet per pail @ 5 MDFT
Wood Surface: 80 square feet per gallon @ 10 MDFT / 400 square feet per pail @ 10 MDFT
Foam Surfaces: 80 square feet per gallon @ 10 MDFT / 400 square feet per pail @ 10 MDFT
Roof Shingles: 80 square feet per gallon @ 10 MDFT / 400 square feet per pail @ 10 MDFT
Thinning: Not recommended
Dry time: 1-2 hours to touch / 24 hours to recoat
Clean UP: Clean painting tools and hands with soap and water.
It can be applied using a brush, roller, or atomizer.
HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. MAY CAUSE EYE, NOSE AND THROAT IRRITATION. AVOID CONTACT WITH SKIN AND EYES
AND AVOID BREATHING OF VAPORS AND SPRAY MIST. USE ONLY WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION. When applying spray,
use respiratory protection (NIOSH/MSHA TC23C or equivalent), eye protection and protective clothing. Before use, ask and read the Safety
Data Sheet (SDS) of the product, available at Master Paint & Chemical Corp. Close container after each use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN.
In case of skin contact, remove product from skin with soap and water. When eye contact with products occurs, rinse affected area with large
amounts of water at least 15 minutes and get immediate medical attention. If swallowed, medical attention is needed immediately. Do not
apply late in the day or when rain or dew is likely. Storage the air tight sealed product in a dry and well ventilated environment. For proper
disposal of excess material, please contact your local city waste management agency. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF REMNANTS IN
SEWERS.
How to Correct Cracks: Clean cracks, and apply Master Crack Filler and the Master Fiberglass Patch Weave over the cracks and one inch on
both sides. Let it dry for twenty four (24) hours and then apply a second coat.
WARNING! If you scrape, sand, or remove old paint, you may release lead dust or fumes. LEAD IS TOXIC. EXPOSURE TO LEAD
DUST OR FUMES CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN. PREGNANT
WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a properly fitted NIOSH approved respirator and prevent skin contact to control
lead exposure. Clean up carefully with a HEPA vacuum and a wet mop. Before you start, find out how to protect yourself and your family by
