Adjustment
The EURV heat exchanger is adjusted and tested at the
time of delivery. No adjustments are normally required,
therefore.

Cleaning
The presence of dust on the heating and cooling surfaces
will result in impaired heat transfer. The finned body
must be kept clean, preferably by vacuum cleaning or
careful blowing with compressed air, moving parallel with
the fins. The use of ULCZ-01 cold degreasing agent is
recommended where the dust is mixed with grease.
After cleaning:
Remove all fallen dust
and/or liquid before
starting the fan

Charging the system
If the pressure is below 0.01 MPa, the system requires
charging with heat transfer medium. This is done by
pumping pre-mixed heat transfer medium (30% ethyle-
ne glycol) into the charging valve (8 in Fig. 2) until the
manometer reads 0.1 MPa.
