28mm Cargo Container (Diamond)

B28-SF-208

Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.

PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.

Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.

A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due

care and remember to cut away from yourself at all times.

During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold

pieces in place while you allow glue to dry.

Cargo Container (B28-SF-208)

Start by removing the top, bottom and two door

stop pieces (shown above) from the sprue.

Glue a doorstop to the base and to the reverse side of

the top using the lugs / holes provided.

Next take the two doors and the four bars from

the sprue.

Glue the bars onto the doors.

Take the top, base, doors and one side of the

container.

Glue the base to the side wall (as shown).

Glue the top into place.

Gently push the doors into position so their lugs fit

into the circular holes provided. The bars should be

facing outwards.

Then glue the opposite side into position.

Followed by the end piece…

..and the door frame.

Remove the outer decoration from the sprue.

Glue the two side pieces into place so they are

flush with the top and bottom (as shown)

Attach the end piece.

Glue the door frame into place.

Finally glue the two roof stips into position.
