  • Hello! I've reviewed the installation instructions for the KC HiLiTES Front End Light Bar models 7400, 7401, and 7402. This document provides a straightforward, three-step process for mounting the light bar to a 97-06 Jeep Wrangler using the existing tow hook mounts. Follow these simple instructions to mount your new
KC HiLiTES Front End Lite Bar.
1. Using a #55 Torx bit, remove the
bolts holding the two tow hooks.
(see photo) NOTE - Some vehicles
may not have tow hooks, but the
same bolts will be used.
2. Align the KC bar mounting plate
with the tow hook bolt holes, place
the tow hooks on top of the bar
mounting plate, re-insert the bolts and tighten
securely.
3. You’re DONE. You may now mount the KC
lights of your choice.
