GET YOUR PRO6 WIRED...
1. Find a suitable location inside your vehicle for
the switch placement. You can direct mount
your KC switch by drilling a 1/2” hole or use the
switch panel provided and secure with 2 of the
sheet metal screws.
2. Using a sheet metal screw, mount the relay
within 16” of the battery so both Yellow (power)
and Black (ground) wires can be attached to the
battery later in the instructions. (PLEASE
ENSURE THE RELAY IS MOUNTED SO THE
TERMINALS ARE FACING DOWNWARD. THIS
WILL KEEP THE RELAY FROM RETAINING
MOISTURE.)
3. Route the round, shielded wire cable from the
battery side of the vehicle through the engine
compartment and up along the edge of the
windshield to where the Pro6 Bar wiring
harness connector will meet with this switch

4. Next, route the Green wire from the relay and
the White wire (switch end) back along the
engine compartment, through the firewall and
into the vehicle toward the switch.
5. Once the wires are inside the vehicle, attach the
Green wire to the switch terminal marked
LOAD (center). Attach the White wire to the
switch terminal marked SUPPLY. Attach the
Brown wire to the switch terminal marked
EARTH and the other end to a good grounded
METAL surface under the dash. Complete the
switch install and make sure that the switch is in
the Off position.
7. From the Relay, connect the Black wire to the
Negative battery terminal. Connect both the
Yellow and White wires to the Positive battery
terminal. Your Pro6 is wired and ready to test.
8. Refer to the Pro6 Installation instructions for
adjusting your light bar. Enjoy!
