Evolve Web Access
Evolve web access provdes a 24x7 web nterface to the TELUS Integrated Voce Servces
system where you can vew your Toll Free numbers and routng plans as well as make changes
to the routng of calls Ths ncludes the ablty to add delete or modfy any Toll Free routng
and announcement features ncludng changes to the termnatng numbers that are wthn the
lst of termnatng numbers
Web access can also be used to actvate/deactvate Emergency Routng pre-plans
Basic Evolve access s ncluded at no addtonal cost wth all Toll Free servces and provdes
vew only access to your Toll Free numbers whch contan pre-plans and enable you to
actvate and deactvate pre-plans
Advanced Evolve access s optonal for a monthly fee It ncludes pre-plan actvaton as well
as the ablty to add modfy actvate or delete the followng

Logging into TELUS Evolve Voice Services
All users accessng TELUS Evolve wll be presented wth the logn page where you enter
your unque logn ID and password (ths wll be provded to you by TELUS upon set-up)

The logn page s the entry pont for all users to access the Evolve applcaton Ths page

below these elds If you do not already have access please contact the Long Dstance
Implementaton Team (LDIT) referencng the contact nformaton on the last page of ths gude
Enter a username and password, and then click on Log In.
