Assembly
Shelf Installation
Place the shelf at the desired height. Insert the M6 x 12 hex bolts into the holes
in the side panels. Tighten securely.

Hutch Door Removal
Open the door, loosen the M4 x 12 Phillips pan head on the hinge and remove
the door.
Remove the shelf and the shelf brackets by loosening the M6 x 12 hex bolts.
Take out the left and inner side panels by pulling out the blind rivets.

Loosen the M6 x 12 hex bolts and washers on the top, then take out the slides
and sliding panel.
Remove the slides from the sliding panel by loosening the M8 bolts.

Hutch Door Replacement
Connect the slides with the sliding panel by tightening the rollers, the spring
washers and the M8 bolts.
Put the connected sliding panel into the hutch.
Tighten the M6 x 12 hex bolts and washers through the inside of the top. Make
sure all the holes are lined up.

Put the left and right inner side panels on either side of the hutch. Fasten
the blind rivets through the holes on the front and back.
Connect the shelf to the shelf bracket using the M6 x 12 hex bolts and
tighten securely.

Slide the door into the hutch.
Connect the door to the hutch by fastening the M4 x 12 Phillips pan head
to the hole on the hinge. Close the door.

Operation
Maintenance
Periodically clean the door fronts, trim and other surfaces with mild detergent
and water.
Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning uids. For safety,
use a nonammable cleaning uid.

WARNING
Lock the door before moving this product. The door could come open and
make the product unstable and tip, which may cause personal injury or product
damage.
DO NOT stand or lean on this product.
DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object. This
may cause personal injury or product damage. Mounting this product to any
vehicle in any manner will void warranty.
DO NOT tow with power equipment. The product could tip, which may cause
personal injury or product damage.
DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external
lockbars or attach electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or
personal injury.
CAUTION
The maximum weight for the shelf should be no more than 200 lbs.
Secure this product properly before moving it with a forklift.
Keep the product on level surfaces. The product could become unstable and tip
if stored or moved on an uneven surface, which may cause personal injury or
product damage.
IMPORTANT: THE DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AND LOCKED USING KEY
BEFORE MOVING.
