BLOTZ B28-BR-001 Assembly Instructions

  • Hello! I've reviewed the user manual for the BLOTZ Flagstone Bridge B28-BR-001. This document provides instructions on how to assemble the 28mm scale model. It covers all the steps from cutting the pieces from the sprue to finishing the bridge. Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and
remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in place
while you allow glue to dry.
Remove the pieces shown above from the sprue.
Glue the “road” pieces to the side of the bridge along
with the tab.
Add the lower brace.
Attach the other side of the bridge.
Take the two support pieces.
Glue the supports under the roadway.
The end of the bridge can either be smooth, or
have the link to the Blotz flagstone roads.
Glue the selected end piece into place.
Take the two outer wall pieces.
Glue them to the bridge, then repeat these steps to
create the other bridge section.
Once the glue has dried, the two sections can be pushed together to form the completed bridge.
