Power Mount

Step 1:
Secure power mount assembly to base of workstation
with screws (4).
Step 3:
Install mounting collar onto column and secure with
screws (2). Press in mounting collar cap.
Step 2:
Insert mounting collar clamp with screws (2) and leave
screws untightened.
Step 4:
Slide battery cover inbetween power mount assembly and mounting
collar clamp and tighten screws (2).

Step 7:
If not installed, attach cord bracket to worksurface with screws (2).
Step 8:
Place cord(s) into bracket as shown.
Note: Loosen screw and bracket to allow outlet receptacle placement.
Models: 6211, 6212, 6214 & 6215 Model: 6213
Step 5: Models 6211, 6212, & 6215 (ONLY)
If cord management system is present remove before placing
cords in step 8.
Step 6: Model 6213 (Only)
If cord management system is present remove by loosening screws
(4) and removing rear storage bin before placing cords in step 8.

Step 9:
Attach power umbilical harness to rear of column with clamp (1)
and screws (2) with zip tie at edge of bracket. Install strain relief
bushing to power cord and cord clip as shown.
Step 12:
Tightly install cap screws (4) into battery. Install screws (4) loosely
into charger with no less than a 1/8” gap.

Step 11:
Route power cord and power umbilical harness assembly through
back battery cover. Split cords as shown.

Route cord through one of two openings of storage bin before
reattach storage bin to worksurface and tighten screws (4).
Note: Outlet receptacle should be placed inside storage bin.

Connect power cord to charger.
Step 14:
Position battery using cap screws to hang battery to power
mount assembly.
Step 15:
Connect outlet cord and RUI cable from power umbilical to charger.
Note: RUI cable should connect to RUI.

Slide charger into rear of power mount assembly using screws to
hang charger to assembly and tighten screws (4).

Step 18:
Secure cords into cord clip as needed.

Remove hole plug from worksurface. Install RUI mounting pole
assembly as shown.
Step 20:
Mount RUI Display onto pole assembly with screws (2).
Step 17:
Connect cables from battery umbilical to charger battery as shown.
Note: Battery cable should connect to BATT COMM.

Step 23:
Install battery cover assembly with screws (4).
Step 22:
Test RUI power to make sure RUI display turns on and off.
Step 21:
Connect RUI cable from power umbilical to RUI display.
