Installation Procedure

ThisprocedureexplainshowtoremoveandreplacetheLockCylinder

intheCashDrawerKeylock.

1. UnlocktheCashDrawerKeylockandremovetheOperatorKey.

2. InserttheMasterKeycompletelyintotheCashDrawerKeylock.

3. SlowlyremovethekeyandLockCylinderoutoftheCashDrawer

Keylock.

4. RemovetheMasterKeyfromtheLockCylinder.

5. InserttheMasterKeycompletelyintothenewLockCylinder.

6. InsertthekeyandLockCylinderintotheCashDrawerKeylock.

ThefaceofthecylindermustbeflushwiththefaceoftheKeylock

Housing.Ifthecylinderdoesnotsitflush,removeit.Rotatethe

cylinder90degreesfromitsoriginalpositionandre‐insertit,

checkingto

seeifitsitsflushwiththefaceoftheKeylock.If

necessary,continuetorotateitin90degreeincrementsuntilitwill

seatproperlyintothehousing.

7. HoldthecylinderinplaceandremovetheMasterKey.

8. CheckalloftheSupervisorKeystomakesurethenewLock

Cylinderoperatesproperly.
