USING THE SMARTKITCHEN I+ MEASUREMENT DEVICE
The purpose of use
I+ hand probe is designed to be used in the following situations:
• Incoming inspection of raw materials
• Temperatures from lunch buffet
• Temperatures from food production
• Temperatures from transportation
Preconditions
• The use of I+ device requires purchase and activation of a SmartKitchen license.
• Activate device for your SmartKitchen account.
• Create temperature sampling places, groups, and items on your SmartKitchen account (Look
SmartKitchen service manual “Sample”).
• Install the KitchenHelper application on your phone from the Google Play Store.
Making the food sample temperature measurement
1. Ensure that the device is switched on.
2. Open the KitchenHelper application and sign in (if required). Select “Temperature”.
3. Select correct measurement group, object and a person making the measurement.
4. Place the measuring pin in the food.
5. Wait until the temperature reading stabilizes in KitchenHelper application.
6. Select “Save” and write a comment, if necessary.
7. If the device will not be used for a while, it is recommended to turn off the power.
NOTE! THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES MADE IN THE SMARTKITCHEN ACCOUNT
(TEMPERATURE GROUPS, -OBJECTS, ETC.) REQUIRES RESTARTING THE APPLICATION.
