Install Hinge to Enclosure (See Figures 1, 3 & 4)
1. Attach Male Hinge (2580-120) to Hinge Bracket (2580-064) using two, 10-32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws (5150-934).
2. Attach Hinge Brackets to Enclosure, in two places using two, 10-32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws (5150-934).
Install Hinge to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 2 & 5)
3. Attach Female Hinge (2580-122) to Enclosure, in two places to Lid using two, 10-32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws (5150-934).
Install Latch to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 2, 6 & 7)
4. Insert Latch (2580-120) through allocated cutout in Enclosure Lid; two small dimples on Latch should face outside.
5. Secure Enclosure Lid closed with two black screws (5150-600). Use two holes above and below Latch.

CAUTION: In accordance with CSA requirements, the interior space isolates line and low-voltage sections, and this isolation must be maintained. Place Savant enclosures in an environment in which
ambient temperatures are between 32°F and 95°F. Modules may create some noise and should not be located where this may be objectionable.
Installation Instructions
Enclosures can be installed before or after wiring.
NOTE: Hinges are installed into two locations on both the Enclosure and Enclosure Lid.
1. Install Hinge to Enclosure (See Figures 1, 2 and 3)
a. Attach male hinge to hinge bracket using two pan head screws.
b. Attach hinge brackets to enclosure in two places using two pan head screws.
2. Install Hinge to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 4 and 5)
a. Attach female hinge to lid on top of side edge using two pan head screws.
b. Attach female hinge to lid on bottom of side edge using two pan head screws.
3. Insert Latch to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 6 and 7)
a. Insert latch through allocated cutout in enclosure lid: two small dimples on latch should face outside.
b. Secure enclosure lid closed with two black screws. Use holes above and below latch.

RECESS MOUNT ENCLOSURE
Install Hinge and Trim to Enclosure (See Figures 1, 3 & 4)
1. Attach Male Hinge (2580-120) and Hinge Spacer (2580-072) to Enclosure Trim, in two places, using two, 10-32 x 1/2 Flat Head
Screws (5150-960).
2. Attach assembled Enclosure Trim to Enclosure with 6-32 x3/8 Flat Head Screws (5150-619).
Install Hinge to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 2 & 5)
3. Attach Female Hinge (2580-122) to Enclosure Lid using two, 10-32 x 3/8 Pan Head Screws (5150-934).
Install Latch to Enclosure Lid (See Figures 2, 6 & 7)
4. Insert Latch (2580-120) through allocated cutout in Enclosure Lid; two small dimples on Latch should face outside.
5. Secure Enclosure Lid closed with two black screws (5150-600). Use two holes above and below Latch.
