A. Phillips screwdriver
B. Small Flat screwdriver
C. Long needle nose pliers
D. 3 mm Allen wrench
E. 5 mm Allen wrench
F. 36 mm wrench or a large adjustable wrench
CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect
charger before conducting any assembly or maintenance procedures. Failure to follow these
steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the screw located at
the very front of the deck. Pull the deck cover off from the
deck.
Disconnect the throttle cable from the controller.

Using a small flat screwdriver, remove the grommet
inside the opening of the deck.
Using a smal flat screwdriver, remove the C ring from the
folding mechanism pin. Slide the pin out from the frame.
Unfold the unit. Using a pair of long needle nose pliers,
remove the spring from the folding mechanism pin.
Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, remove the set screw at the
back of the folding knob while holding the knob.

Unscrew and remove the knob. Slide down the plastic
block of the folding mechanism.
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen the bolt from the
collar clamp and remove the stem from the fork.
Set aside all the parts from the folding mechanism.
Using a 36 mm wrench or a large adjustable wrench,
loosen the lock nut from the headset bearings.

Reverse the steps.
ATTENTION: Charge battery 10 hours before using.
Using a 3 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the two
(2) screws from the fork limiter cover.
Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, loosen and remove the
limiter screw and slide the fork down.
