Prepare a length of wooden strip to
fit aft of the bow keel part, cutting the
stern end to be in line with the transom
(dotted red line). Glue into place.

SANTISIMA TRINIDAD: Step by Step
Apply glue to the contact points
between the gunwale and the bulwarks,
and hold the gunwale in place until
the glue dries to make sure it fits the
curvature of the boat.
Test-fit the gunwale on top of the
bulwarks, engaging it with the keel at
the bow.
Glue the rudder to the centre of the
transom with the top sticking up past
the gunwale. Glue the tiller over the
top, as shown.

middle of Rib 4 to the middle of Rib 7.
Fix a wooden strip from the centre of
Rib 5, aft of the one in the previous

towards you and pushing other away
from you, rather than simply pulling
them apart.
Paint the stock brown, avoiding the
raised areas, as shown in the photo.
Insert one end of one of the rings
into the hole at the top of one of the
anchors. Close the ring and secure the
two ends together with superglue.

Place a ruler over the strip and cut
from one side of the widest point to the
opposite side at the end of the strip, to
create a wedge shape.
Place a 2 x 5mm wooden strip next
to one of the wedge-shaped gaps, with
one end aligned with the tip of the gap.
Mark the widest point of the gap on the
strip, as shown.
Test-fit the wedge into the gap in the
hull. You may need to sand the wedge
to get a better fit in the gap. Once you
have the correct fit for the wedge, glue
in place with superglue.
